White Woods Primary Academy Trust was established in September 2013 by three self-converting primary schools and has grown rapidly over the past six years. There are now 13 schools in our Trust, all within the borough of Rotherham.  WWPAT we are a highly supportive organisation with excellent opportunities for medium and long term career development.

Wickersley Northfield Primary are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational teacher for Y3 who are committed to raising children’s achievements through providing an engaging curriculum.      

We wish to appoint a candidate for the role who is community focused and who shares our values of Child centred, Collaboration, Curiosity and Challenge. Every child in each of our Trust schools is entitled to excellent teaching every lesson of every day. This ambition drives our commitment to making our Trust a great place to be, work, and learn.

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has practical knowledge of strategies needed to establish consistently high aspirations and standards of results and behaviour
  • Strives to meets and exceed the Teacher standards
  • Has the ability to be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a creative and energetic approach to teaching and learning and high expectations for all learners
  • Can demonstrate positive, high quality interactions with young children 
  • Can motivate and inspire children as active learners
  • Can use assessments to move children’s learning forward
  • Has the ability to build and maintain positive, effective relationships with children, families and colleagues 
  • Has excellent communication skills and have the desire to work as a proactive member of our excellent team
